The dinner concert will highlight a five-course, prix-fixe menu and present mouthwatering first course options like the Lobster Bisque with cognac crème fraiche, succulent main courses such as the Rack of Lamb with mint jus and herb crusted goat cheese polenta and decadent desserts like the Vanilla Bean Crème Brûlée with seasonal berries.
