The brunch takes the palate on a worldwide culinary adventure and features over 50 unique dishes from around the globe. Delight in traditional western breakfast fare like made-to-order omelets, pancakes, eggs benedict and homemade hash. Experience a southwestern flare with Albondigas soup, carne asada tacos, hot n’ sour soup, or Asian style ribs. On the lighter side, try the refreshing salad station featuring chef crafted Cobb salad, imported tuna niçoise and a vast selection of domestic and imported cheeses. The signature carving station is the highlight of the Royal Brunch, offering perfectly prepared prime rib au jus and leg of lamb with mint jus.
